Kaguya Ōtsutsuki is a major antagonist in Naruto. She is the originator of chakra in Naruto's world. She is the mother of Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki (the Sage of the Six Paths) and Hamura Ōtsutsuki. She once became the Ten-Tails so that she can absorb all the chakra from the world but she was sealed away by both her sons. She created Black Zetsu who would revive her and in about a one-thousand years later she was revived by using Madara Uchiha as a medium. She fought Naruto and Sasuke where she was resealed again.

As a member of the Ōtsutsuki clan, she possess great amount of chakra and power. She is considered a god because of her great power in the past. In comparison to powerful individuals like Madara Uchiha and even an alternate form of herself as the Ten-Tails she possess an incredibly high amount of chakra.
Kaguya have a great variety of powers including the power to fly, superhuman strength, and the ability to see people's chakra and chakra points by using her byakugan. Kaguya has the power to teleport herself and her targets to other dimensions with ease. She can manipulate the terrain of the dimensions while she is there and can open portals where she can send her targets to different dimensions. She can also create new dimensions by gathering a vast amount of chakra as well.
Kaguya can also transform into different forms of the Ten-Tails in battle that can help her absorb chakra from her targets.
